Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Movebees, we are committed to providing reliable, timely, and high-quality service to our customers. The following policy outlines how we handle fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds for our services.


Fulfillment Policy

Once a customer purchases a service through our website or Stripe payment portal, we begin processing the order promptly. Fulfillment may include one or more of the following, depending on the service purchased:

  • Scheduling a consultation or onboarding call
  • Initiating setup or service delivery within an agreed timeframe
  • Assigning staff or contractors to your account or project
  • Providing digital deliverables or ongoing support

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment and follow-up communication within 1–2 business days to initiate service fulfillment.

Note: All credit card transactions processed through Stripe include a 2.96% processing fee, and our one-time onboarding fees are non-refundable once paid.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service by contacting us at info@movebees.com or calling 330-752-8999. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of service to avoid charges.

For subscription or ongoing services, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. Services already rendered for the current period will not be refunded.


Refund Policy

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within a reasonable timeframe, after a good faith effort to resolve the issue
  • If you cancel a one-time service prior to any work beginning

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Services already completed
  • Subscription services where the current billing period has already started
  • Situations where a customer is unresponsive after service initiation
  • Onboarding fees (non-refundable)
  • Credit card processing fees (non-refundable)

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@movebees.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
