Once a customer purchases a service through our website or Stripe payment portal, we begin processing the order promptly. Fulfillment may include one or more of the following, depending on the service purchased:
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment and follow-up communication within 1–2 business days to initiate service fulfillment.
Note: All credit card transactions processed through Stripe include a 2.96% processing fee, and our one-time onboarding fees are non-refundable once paid.
You may cancel your service by contacting us at info@movebees.com or calling 330-752-8999. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of service to avoid charges.
For subscription or ongoing services, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. Services already rendered for the current period will not be refunded.
